The Drover
The Drover is a good local situated in a prominent corner position to the east of Glasgow city centre and close to Parkhead (home of Celtic Football Club). Interestingly, the corner location of the pub has been the site of licensed premises since perhaps before 1845! It's true to say that The Drover is a very traditional Glasgow-pub and attracts a wide clientele of all ages due to its well-stocked bar, programme of weekend entertainment and poolroom.
